Preparing Christians to Be Leaders in Culture: Len Munsil, President of Arizona Christian University

Len Munsil is the 6th President of Arizona Christian University. During his 14 years as President, ACU has undergone significant changes including a name change, a strengthened conservative Christian focus, expansion of its campus, a more than threefold increase in enrollment, and a consistent ranking as a Best College by U.S. News & World Report for 7 consecutive years. With a current student body of over 1,400, ACU remains dedicated to providing a small college experience while preparing leaders to impact culture with biblical truth.

Before his role at ACU, Munsil served as the founding president of the Center for Arizona Policy, where he spent over 10 years building it into the largest and most influential state-based pro-family and pro-life organization in the nation. He is considered an expert in constitutional law and the First Amendment. In 2020, he was recognized as an Outstanding Leader in Education by the Arizona Business Journal.

President Munsil holds a J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and a B.S. degree from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Telecommunication at ASU, where he was honored as the Outstanding Journalism Graduate. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, multiple federal appeals courts, as well as Arizona state and federal courts. Furthermore, he founded both the Arizona State University College of Law and the Phoenix Lawyers Division chapters of The Federalist Society. 

Len and his wife Tracy have 8 adult children and 18 grandchildren.
