Dr. Todd Williams currently serves as the President of Cairn University, a position he has held since 2008. Prior to this role, he served as the Senior Vice President and Provost for Cairn University from 2005 to 2008, as well as the Headmaster and CEO of Trinity Christian School of Fairfax, located outside Washington D.C. He was also a visiting lecturer for the Witherspoon Fellowship from 2001 to 2005. Before joining Trinity Christian School, Dr. Williams served as the Senior Vice President and Academic Dean for Undergraduate Education at Cairn University from 1999 to 2001, where he began his career as a faculty member teaching social sciences in the School of Arts and Sciences.

Dr. Williams holds a B.S. in Bible from Cairn University, as well as an M.Ed. and a Ph.D. from Temple University.

In addition to his role at Cairn University, Dr. Williams is involved in various capacities in Christ-centered education. He serves as a visiting lecturer and speaker on cultural and professional issues and is a member of the Scholars Advisory Council of the Faith and Liberty Discovery Center of the American Bible Society in Philadelphia. Dr. Williams also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the John Jay Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and sits on the boards of Gospel Volunteers Inc. and the Association for Biblical Higher Education.

Dr. Williams and his wife, Dawn, have two children, Connor and Caitlin, and reside in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.
